Micro-Condos in Toronto

According to the research firm Urbanation, who will be featuring their latest 500-page condo report in The Condo Show:

"New condos in Toronto had an average price of $539 per square foot in the second quarter of 2013." 

That works out to about 30% more per sq.ft for a micro-condo then a regular condo...
